Exquisite Fruits S.L.U. processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). This page expands on the basic data-protection information included at the foot of our emails.

What data we process
Identification and professional contact data: first and last name, company, job title, email address, telephone number and postal address. Where the business relationship requires it, we also process billing data.
Purposes
Managing the business relationship with customers, suppliers and partners; handling enquiries and requests received by email, telephone or through our website; and sending commercial communications about our products, campaigns and presence at trade fairs, where appropriate.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) for managing the business relationship; legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) for business-to-business contact; consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for commercial communications where the law requires it; and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) regarding tax, accounting and food safety.
How long we keep your data
We keep personal data for as long as the business or professional relationship lasts and, once it ends, for the limitation periods of the applicable legal obligations, in particular tax and commercial ones. Data processed for commercial communications is kept until you object or withdraw your consent.
Recipients
We do not disclose personal data to third parties unless required by law. In order to provide our services, the following may have access to it: tax and accounting advisers; banks; transport and logistics companies; technology providers acting as data processors under a contract that complies with Art. 28 GDPR; and public authorities, where there is a legal obligation.
International transfers
Some of our technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as withdraw any consent given and object to automated decisions, by writing to info@exquisitefruits.com or to Plaza Prado 21, 46702 Gandía (Valencia), Spain. We will reply within one month, which may be extended as provided for in the GDPR. If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Automated decision-making
We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing of your data that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
Whether providing data is mandatory
The data requested is necessary to maintain the business relationship. Failure to provide it may prevent us from handling your order or enquiry.
