BRIGHT RED KAKI
The Bright Red Kaki are a variety of the traditional persimmon, but with a difference, while the persimmon has soft pulp and can be eaten with a spoon, the pulp of the Persimon Kaki is hard so it can be peeled and cut with a knife, although the taste is exactly the same.
They are very rich in vitamin A and C, and also rich in potassium. Like oranges, they are an excellent antioxidant.
The Red Brilliant Kaki is very tasty and sweet, it has no bone and, as we have already said, its pulp is hard, similar to that of an apple. Thanks to these characteristics, we can use the Persimón Kaki in a multitude of desserts, salads, ice cream, for after meals or for a snack
